A New Mexico Highlands University Program: Mindfulness at Pecos National Historical Park

• Sunday, August 18, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM
• Associate Professor of Psychology, Dr. David Pan and NMHU Psychology Graduate Student John Sweat will teach mindfulness exercises while enjoying the natural and historic beauty of Pecos NHP's 1.25-mile Ancestral Sites Trail. The program is free and will begin at the visitor center.

• Participants are encouraged to bring binoculars, insect repellent, and sunscreen as needed. Meet at the Candelaria Viewing Area (Northeast side of the parking lot).
