Torrance County Notice of Public Hearing

The Torrance County Commission will hold a Public Hearing pertaining to the Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) during the regular Council Meeting held on June 26, 2024, and again on July 10, 2024 via Zoom and in the Commission Chambers at the Torrance County Administrative O􏰀ices. The Commission Meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Details on Zoom access and the agenda will be posted on the Torrance County website calendar. Torrance County is seeking public input regarding public infrastructure projects within the County. Projects can be any public infrastructure project within Torrance County that is statutorily acceptable and benefits the residents of the county.

During the hearing, all interested parties will be given the opportunity to comment. Those unable to attend the public hearing either via Zoom or in person may send written comments to: County Manager’s O􏰀ice, Torrance County; PO Box 48; Estancia, NM 87016.
