Torrance County Community Wildfire Protection Plan

In light of the devastating fire damage in Ruidoso, Samantha O'Dell, the Torrance County Emergency Manager, has sent the above PDF flyer on behalf of Torrance County and the Claunch-Pinto Soil & Water Conservation District. The most important part of the flyer (my opinion) is the link to the survey regarding wildfire mitigation. Helping Emergency Management know how to serve its community best is invaluable.
